We’ll talk through your concerns, medical or hormonal history, lifestyle and how you like to wear your hair. Then we carefully assess your scalp and existing hair to see where coverage and volume are needed.
From there, we explain suitable non-surgical options such as custom-fit bead toppers and flip-in frontal pieces, showing you different base sizes, colours and attachment methods. You can see and feel the hair, ask questions and tell us what feels most comfortable. Together, we create a personalised plan, including pricing, maintenance and follow-up visits, so you leave feeling informed, supported and confident about your next steps.

Your custom hair solution fit is all about comfort, security and a natural look. Once we’ve agreed on the right topper or flip-in frontal for you, we gently prepare your natural hair and position the piece so it blends seamlessly with your own.
We then check the fit from every angle, adjusting the placement, clips or beads so it feels secure but kind to your scalp. Finally, we cut, shape and style the hair to suit your face shape and usual hairstyle, and explain how to care for it at home and when to return for maintenance, so you can enjoy your new hair with confidence.

Maintenance appointments are an important part of keeping your hair loss solution looking and feeling its best. As your natural hair grows, your topper or flip-in frontal may need to be re-positioned, tightened or adjusted to stay secure and comfortable.
At each maintenance visit, we gently check your scalp and natural hair, refresh the fit of your piece and tidy any clips, beads or attachments. We can also cleanse and restyle the hair so it blends smoothly with your own. These regular check-ins help protect your natural hair, extend the life of your hair piece and keep you feeling confident between visits.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Booking a ConsultationÂ
To secure your consultation a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and guarantees your appointment time with your hair extension specialist.
This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your hair solution service so it’s simply paid in advance rather than an extra fee. There will be no deposit refund should you decide to not go ahead with the hair solution service.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.
