Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Booking a Non Surgical Hair Replacement System Appointment


To secure your consultation Non surgical Hair replacement System a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and guarantees your appointment time with your hair system specialist. This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your hair system so it’s simply paid in advance rather than an extra fee. There will be no deposit refund should you decide to not go ahead with the hair system service.

Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy

Notice Period:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Within Notice Period:

  • You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

  • Your £50 deposit will be applied to your new appointment.

 

Less than 48 Hours / No-Show:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.

  • Future appointments will require a new £50 deposit to secure another booking.

 

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate following clients. The deposit will still be applied to the appointment.
