Hair extension consultations are the first step to creating your dream hair. During your appointment, we’ll talk through your hair goals, lifestyle and budget, assess your natural hair and scalp, and explain the different methods available. We’ll show you sample shades, take a precise colour match and discuss the most suitable option for your hair type, whether you’re looking for extra length, thickness or both. You’ll leave with a clear plan, recommended method and a personalised quote before booking your full application.

£50 deposit

A full or half head hair extensions application is ideal if you’re looking for a complete transformation in length, thickness and overall volume. During your appointment, we carefully section your natural hair and apply premium Remi Cachet extensions using the most suitable method for your hair type. Each strand or weft is expertly blended and colour matched to create a seamless, natural-looking finish that moves and feels like your own hair.

Hair extensions maintenance appointments are essential to keep your Remi Cachet extensions looking and feeling their best. During your visit, we gently detangle, cleanse and refresh your extensions, checking for any slipping bonds or tangles and making sure your natural hair stays healthy underneath. We can remove and refit extensions where needed, tidy your cut and blend, and refresh your colour match so everything looks seamless. Regular maintenance helps your extensions last longer, stay comfortable to wear and maintain a smooth, salon-fresh finish between full applications.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

​

Booking a Hair Extension Consultation 


To secure your consultation a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your commitment and guarantees your appointment time with your hair extension specialist.

This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your hair extensions, so it’s simply paid in advance rather than an extra fee. There will be no deposit refund should you decide to not go ahead with the hair extensions service.

Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy

​

Notice Period:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Within Notice Period:

  • You may reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

  • Your £50 deposit will be applied to your new appointment.

 

Less than 48 Hours / No-Show:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.

  • Future appointments will require a new £50 deposit to secure another booking.

 

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate following clients. The deposit will still be applied to the appointment.
